Our Hotel room was very clean and spacious. All facilities worked well and the bed was comfortable. The parking ground was spacious as well and the hotel has a nice garden wish fish pond. Around the hotel we found many restaurants and a night market.

toilet should have partition for wet area.

I thought everything was good, I definitely have no complaints.

Simply amazing. The staff the room . The breakfast . Everyone. Perfect quiet Hideaway.

Cleanliness and size of the room

The room wasn’t ready for the check in time despite we arrived at the hotel 2.45 but we still had to wait 15 minutes at least for the room to be ready for us. My little boy was so hot and needed a shower before we going out for appointment. I have asked to the staff at the front desk about the room and she pick her walkie talkie up and disappeared behind the counter till the male staff at the table by the front door and came to us ( 5 minutes after we asked the receptionist who disappeared to the back of the reception’s desk) said the room was ready to he then lead us to the room. I would totally understand that if we arrived before the check in time that the room will not be ready but we arrived 45 minutes after the check in time and still need to sit and wait 15-20 minutes for the room isn’t what we need !

Quiet and everything worked as it should.

Breakfast was just ok. I like the garden around the premises.

Excellent location! with fantastic view of large garden. Staying there for 3 nights and found that there are so many good restaurants and cafe’ located very near to the hotel including 7/11.

Water pressure of the shower is too low. My room was on the 3rd floor next to the housekeeping rm. It made me could hear some noise every times they started and finished their work which were possibly all of the times during daytime. By the way, the thing that most disappointing me this the breakfast which was rated excellent from some former guests. The breakfast time is between 6-10 am. I had breakfast at about 8 for the first two days. Apart from there were very limited seats in the area, I found that there were only vegetable, rice and noodle left in most of buffet trays. Some meat was very rare items there. There was 1-2 staffs in charge at the breakfast room. They could notice that food was not enough but they did nothing. However, I sorted out the last breakfast by having it at 7 am and definitely, it was absolutely better!

Check-in quick & easy. Good facilities & staff attentive, room nice & very clean. Everything in working order, a good stay. Recommended.

A little far from the centre but a taxi ride is easy to arrange.

No soap bars in bathroom. No all day restauraunt.

I love the greenery vibes in the resort. The breakfast is supurb and tasty.

The light in walk way in front of guest room is too dark.

The bed was OK.

The bath tap was broken.
